STORE POLICY

All sales are final.  We have a no return, no refund and no exchange policy at our store. 

Please contact us to ensure that item(s) are correct and in stock before finalizing your purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty is available on select item(s) and covers any manufacturer defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty claim must follow manufacturer Standard Operating Procedures.  This process will include inspection of the product that may take up to several days.

To start a warranty claim process, manufacturer requires a receipt or proof of purchase from the buyer. On some purchase, we will include serial number of the product on the receipt. Original packaging is preferred, though may not be necessary on some products, and will be returned to the customer as-is.  
 
Digital 3 Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  However, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, and will help the customer with loss claim to the courier service.  Therefore, we highly recommend all item(s) delivered to be insured through the courier service used.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Customers who make online orders through our website, please pay attention to the quantity and color.

  2. The price we listed is the price of the product not including shipping costs. Goods will be sent to customers after the following payment confirmation has been received by digital3bali.com

  3. Our Customer Service will contact the customer to confirm at the latest 24 hours after the order is received (unless there are other things).

  4. If at the same time, there are two customers who are interested in buying the same product, and digital3bali.com has confirmed the two customers, the product will be sold and sent to the customer who first made the transfer and confirmed the payment.

  5. For shipping, we use TIKI, JNE or POS INDONESIA at regular rates, unless there is a special request from the customer to use other tariff services. Shipping abroad using EMS POS INDONESIA, UPS or FedEx.

  7. If the item fails to arrive at the shipping address due to a delivery service error or digital3bali.com error, and the customer can show proof of transfer, we will reimburse the full transfer fee.

  8. The order money is not replaced if: the buyer states that the shipment was not received, but digital3bali.com together with the delivery service has proof that the item has been received in the form of the recipient's signature and name.

  9. Save proof of transfer or proof of deposit if at any time needed.

  10. Especially for products at Special Prices, it cannot be returned / exchanged / replaced. The products in this group are of the same quality as our other products, and have been checked by our staff before sending to your address. We provide this special price item specifically for you, digital3bali.com customers with attractive price packages.

  11. Especially for the purchase of mobile phones sent outside the region or abroad, we are insured to avoid undesirable events, such as damaged goods, broken goods and so forth.
